Ordering and pricing

All buildings are custom made by Stu Gralnik.

Currently, NO WAIT to get into the active client rotation. Once in the rotation, my goal is that you will be able to order one or two buildings, approximately every other month. If you would like to be placed on the waiting list please contact MBS.

 Vehicles, people and some details are not included with the buildings.  Because each building is built to order, I try to make your final building unique to you.  I will often change the design of the building by adding more architectural details that will make each building more interesting. The final price is based on the actual time it takes to build the building and the cost of materials. Some kits may no longer be available but are included on the web site to show the variety of buildings that I have built and as ideas for other buildings. Please call for estimate prices.
